If we open previously made PDF documents the links work fine so I don't believe the issue is with the PDF reader.
The bookmarks are in the PDF file as can be seen with Acrobat Readers Bookmarks menu but we can no longer click the images in the document.
This has been working fine for over a year but suddenly, exporting DOCX to PDF removed the clickable links. Word to PDF/A, why do you need PDFen Microsoft Word gives you the option to save your document as PDF/A. Simply Drag and drop any version of your Word documents. A common and an easy method to convert Microsoft Word doc to PDF with hyperlinks is to use a built-in option available in Microsoft Word as Save as PDF. We are creating a folder for online viewing with links to different bookmarks, the links are images and we're expecting the links to work when exporting to PDF. Converting Word to PDF with hyperlinks is not a Rocket Science these days.
